Market Leading Software for Pipe Flow Analysis
AFT Fathom is used to calculate pressure drop and flow distribution in liquid and low-velocity gas piping and ducting systems. Includes heat transfer, time simulation, automatic goal setting, cost calculations and built-in tools for modelling piping system components.
Models the effects of pumping fluids containing setting solids, using the Wilson/GIW method.
Identifies input parameters that yield desired output values and simulates control functions.
Models dynamic system behaviour and how critical system parmeters vary over time.
Evalutes the complex interaction of system variables to reveal combinations of cost savings.
AFT Arrow is used to calculate pressure drop and flow distribution in gas piping and ducting systems. Including adiabatic, isothermal, heat transfer, sonic choking, automatic goal seeking, cost calculations and built-in tools for modelling piping system components.
Identifies input parameters that yield desired output values and simulates control functions.
Evalutes the complex interaction of system variables to reveal combinations of cost savings.
Models dynamic system behaviour and how critical system parmeters vary over time.
Analysis software used to calculate pressure surge transients in liquid piping systems caused by waterhamer. Models and simulates your pipe system to help avoid the potentially catastrophic effects of waterhammer and undesirable transients.
The only commercial software solution that can model both non-setting and setting slurry waterhammer effects.
Helps identify and avoid resonant frequencies in systems, especially in those caused by positive displacement pumps.
AFT xStream is a powerful fluid dynamic simulation tool for high-speed, acoustic transients that occur in steam and gas piping systems. Uncertainty in design and operations costs money and time. Now you can accurately simulate how your steam and gas systems will respond to potentially harmful transient events.
Helps identify and avoid resonant frequencies in systems, especially in those caused by reciprocating compressors.
Import GIS shapefiles, CAESAR II Neutral files and Piping Component Files (PCF) as well as import / export EPANET files.
Excel Export Manager can automatically export data during a batch of scenarios. Data can be exported to specific cells
“Test Drive” operating conditions and scenarios to determine sizes, pressures, temperatures etc… to fix or upgrade systems.
Accurately simulate individual system components interaction prior to building to ensure cost-effective & efficient designs.
No one wants to pay more than they require. We can discuss the perfect package with you based on your needs. Iconic simulation can offer two types of service levels:
Confident you can learn the ropes with our tutorial videos? Simply choose a license that makes sense for you.
AFT is extremely intuitive but we understand that a little training helps fast-track to a level of expertise.
You lease the software. There are options for 1 year or 3 years. If you lease for 3 years you can expect a 30% discount on your annual lease rate. For new customers we also offer a single 3-month lease if you are not quite sure. Alternatively, we can set up a short unrestricted trial for a week or so.
There is no need for installing anything on your server. All licences operate by using a cloud based licencing scheme. You will need admin rights to install the software on your local PC.
With our efficient licencing system, you can use the software anywhere within the defined geographical boundary. When you close the software, it gives the licence back to the cloud for another user to access.
The software is very easy to use and intuitive, there is lots of help through the AFT website. However, to get the most out of the software we recommend attending one of our 2-day courses for Fathom and Arrow.
